Cleaning your Front Load
To check to see if you are using too much soap simply put 3 clean towels in the washer and set your cycle to regular wash and your temperature setting to 'Hot' Do not add soap.  Allow unit to run for about 5 minutes. Look inside if you see soap bubbles and if you are then you are using too much soap.
Getting Rid of the Soap
Step 1:  Purchase Affresh tablets and follow the steps on the packet for use.
Step 2:  Once a month use white vinegar to clean and sterilize washer by pouring 2 cups directly into the tank.
Step 3:  Use 2 tablespoons (yes only 2 tablespoons) of HE detergent. That is all you need to clean your dirtiest
load.
Step 4:  Do not use fabric softener.  This is what causes most of the mildew smell in your washer.
            *It is ok to use Dryer sheets in the dryer.  
Step 5:   Make sure your drain hose is not more than 6 inches in the drain of the home.  If it is pull it up and 
only allow 6 inches of the hose into the drain.
