KNOW THE FACTS ABOUT THE BETTER BUSINESS
BUREAU....
Nationwide Appliance
does not report or respond to the Better Business Bureau. The reason for that is that 90% of the service that Nationwide does
is for 3rd parties, such as major retailers, box stores, small furniture stores, as well as rent to own stores. Now, with
doing service for other people, they tell us whether or not they are going to pay to repair something or if they are going
to exchange it. We don't get to make that call. For instance, you buy a washer and you also purchase the extended warranty
to go along with it. A year and a half later, it breaks down and you call where you purchased it for service. They then call
us to go out and diagnose the unit. They, then, determine whether they want to fix it or not. At this point, you want your
money back. Nationwide is the one at your home so, of course, you are unhappy with Nationwide. But, Nationwide didn't take
your money for service, nor did we sell you anything. So they call the Better Business Bureau, and who are they going to complain
about.....Nationwide. Because we were the ones at the home. We have no response to this, because we aren't the ones making
the decisions or doing the business with the customer. So this is why we do not respond to the Better Business Bureau.
