All of the appliances that we sell come with a one year warranty
on parts and labor. Washers have an additional second year warranty on the motor and transmission - parts only. This warranty
is in home. You do not need to bring it to us for repair, we come to you. That is, however, unless you live outside of our
service area. At that point, you would have to bring it to us to fix or exchange. If our technician comes out and finds that
it is a problem not related to the machine itself there is a service charge. For instance, if we come out and there is a power
issue, or the vent to the dryer is clogged, etc. this would not be covered by the warranty. Not paying the service charge
will void your warranty. There are other things that also void your warranty, which are in writing on your receipt at the
time of purchase. Some of these things are having refrigerators plugged into a GFI outlet or extension cord, transporting
refrigeration products laying down, bug infestation, and/or acting in a threatening manner.
Now, if we get to the home and we can't repair the product, we will offer you an exchange, or even
give you a loaner if it is going to take an extensive amount of time for repair. We do not want you to be without any longer
than absolutely necessary.
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.
If you are not happy with your appliance for
any reason we will be more than happy to exchange it for you at any time within your warranty period.
Our service department is open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.
The service department is not open on the weekends. However, our sales department is open on Saturdays. So if you have a problem
and you would like to bring the appliance in on Saturday we can definately exchange it for you.
We offer service, exchanges, and loaners. There isn't much else we can do to make sure that our customers
are 100% satisfied.
